The Effiji journey is one where your willingness to address the obstacles keeping you from living your true life can often deliver "lessons" in the form of strong emotions, past memories, total confusion and more.

These are not breathwork sessions, these are sessions for deciphering and integrating the information and lessons that come from the Community Breathwork or the Trauma Release workshops.
